Never Forgotten

SGT Ernest Mack Carter served with Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, 3rd Marine Amphibious Force. SGT Carter died trying to rescue a Marine from the Huu Trach River (Coffelt Database).
