Wesley was my Bubba! I loved him so much and miss him all the time. He had a heart of Gold, would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was the like the father I never had. He loved my son (also his name sake) like he was his own. I know he served his country with courage and conviction. So sad that he left behind his baby son and wife he loved so much! We are comforted by knowing we will see him again! What a wonderful day that will be ! Thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Dear WO Wesley Carroll,
Thank you for your service as an Attack Helicopter Pilot. Today we celebrate Columbus Day, and we remember those of you who served. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
