Remembering my brother

Wesley was my Bubba! I loved him so much and miss him all the time. He had a heart of Gold, would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was the like the father I never had. He loved my son (also his name sake) like he was his own. I know he served his country with courage and conviction. So sad that he left behind his baby son and wife he loved so much! We are comforted by knowing we will see him again! What a wonderful day that will be ! Thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Dear WO Wesley Carroll,
Thank you for your service as an Attack Helicopter Pilot. Today we celebrate Columbus Day, and we remember those of you who served. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Remembering An American Hero

Dear WO Wesley Womble Carroll III, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
