THANKS

Dear PFC James Carey,
Thank you for your service as a Machine Gunner. I was born on your birthday. sigh. Today is the feast of the Archangels, the warrior angels. May they hold you in their arms. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Forever Remembered

I met you in 1967, you were my husbands best buddy. What a wonderful young man you were and we lost you way too soon. Your sister broke my heart, losing you was so hard and the pain in her eyes and heart showed how much she loved you and missed you. I stopped to see your Mom one day and she broke out the photo album. Such lovely memories. What a beautiful family. The wall is here and got to touch your name. Have thought of you so very very often through the years. My memories will always be in my heart. God has Blessed you for your sacrifice and may God Bless your family always. Much Love To you Jimmy. Always in my heart.

Gone Too Soon

You were my brothers best friend, I was the younger kid sister. You were my first puppy love, no one ever knew. You spent a lot of time at our house with your Deuce Coupe that had barrels for seats. I will NEVER FORGET the night my heart broke when I answered the phone with the shocking news. You are truly not forgotten. Always a bittersweet memory that lives on. Thank you for your service Jimmy. ??
