THANK YOU

Dear Spec 5 Robert Cara,
Thank you for your service as a Medical NCO. Thank you for the lives you saved. It is another autumn, and time has passed since this war. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Just thinking of you

Today I opened my I phone and I have a page from the Vietnam memorial wall just wanted you to know a good friend from Philly. Was thinking about you today.

Your neighborhood friend,

Carole Fries-Perry

I have been trying to locate Bobby's name on the wall for years now. Thanks to my friends in Philly the Dougherty family on Fairmont helped me to remember his last name for sure and how to spell it correctly to see if I could locate him on the Vietnam Wall. It is only because of my awesome son-in-law that found Bobby today that I am able to write on the wall. Thank you Greg Lambert I knew Bobby back in Philly before he went into the army. He was such a sweet guy for sure and he would sit on the steps of the Dougherty family where I lived at the time and he would sing the song that was popular at the time "Oh Carol". I will always miss my friend. God took a really nice person home to soon.
RIP. Bobby
