I knew you and your brother

Dan you and your brother Don would come to my dad's rotherwood restaurant . You guys taught me how to drive a manual transmission in your ford Ranchero. You were always good to me. I'm on my way back to kingsport tn on the honor flight of the appalachian highlands. Just found out about this site. I made it back so sorry you didn't. God bless your family.

Honoring Your Memory

I have a board on Pinterest where I collect the photos of the Vietnam veterans who paid the ultimate price. Because I worked on the project Faces On The Wall, I often visit the site to read the remembrances. I, too, am very saddened that no family or friends have left any remembrances. When I did this for the guys from my area, I followed up by writing tributes and posting them on the local sites for the cities the guys were from, asking those who knew these heroes to please leave a memory of them. I pray that someone who knew this young man finds this site and tells us more about him.
