REMEMBRANCES
You are remembered, Sir.
My father, Glen Farley, served with you. He shared his memories with me. My father passed some years back now, but you are remembered. My children now know your name also. Recently, on a trip to Washington, DC my teenage boys were able to touch your name and experience some memories of their own with you.
Thank you for your service Sir. Know that my father carried your memory home, spoke of you, and shared you with his family.
Respectfully,
Glenda Farley Harris
Remembering an American Hero
Dear SP4 Paul Matthew Cahill, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter
Love you always and forever
Paul,
No one could ever have had a more wonderful brother. I carry the memory of your sweet face and your smiley eyes forever in my heart and soul.
Rest in Peace Brother
Your loving sister
My Uncle, My Hero
Although I never had the chance to meet you, your my Uncle and I love you. Your face lives in my memory where all the wonderful stories my mom told me (your sister) are. I love you Uncle Paul.
Love,
Emilie
