We all went up Hill 48 together that day and fought like "devil dogs". You
and Doc Spaulding were right there with us. We lost some great men that
day but you and the other "docs" saved many before giving your own life.
We were ALL brothers and forever will be. Thank you for your courage and
service. I only wish that the young generation of today could meet some of the great "Men" I knew and served with.
