Cousin I wish I could have met
I never met you but I have heard a lot about you from my family. We still hold you in the highest regard to this day. I was born 18 years after you passed so we did not have the fortune of meeting. Still I can tell that you left a positive impact on my father, uncle, aunt, and cousins that has translated down to me.

Dear PFC Steven Butler,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. At the end of this month, you'll be 69. Happy Birthday. As we celebrate Labor Day, and enjoy our freedom, it is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
