Thank you and your buddies
Dick I sure wish you could be celebrating this Veteran's Day with the rest of those who served with you. April 30, 2015 marked the 40th anniversary of the US departure from Vietnam so this Veteran's Day is special.
I will never forget the times we had at Creston and I will certainly never forget the brave sacrifice you made for our country. You are a hero.

words fail
Words fail to express the gratitude we hold for you, Dick. 47 years back we were graduating seniors at Creston High School, today you abide with the Father in heaven and those of us left behind grow more and more appreciative of your heroism.
God Bless you and strengthen your family.
Peace, Koop

THE FACE
I REMEMBER DICK FROM CRESTON HIGH SCHOOL AS WELL. THE NICKNAME WE GAVE HIM WAS "FACE" BECAUSE OF THE INTENSE STARE HE WOULD CAST UPON HIS WRESTLING OPPONENTS. DICK, YOU WERE A GOOD FRIEND AND YOUR SACRIFICE FOR THIS COUNTRY IS NOT LOST ON US. REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND.
