John we go back as far as grade school OMS then high school STM I was a grade or two ahead of you but we saw each other many times in the hall’s You we’re always a class act and one hell of an athlete. I have thought of you many times especially around Nov 10 USMC birthday I served in Nam a year or so before you 7th Marines I was fortunate enough to make it through that hole in the sky you talked about in your letters home. It’s so sad that you didn’t get to come home. You would have been one heck of a priest. I’m so glad I put in words the man I knew.
