My Friend

Glenn, Just wanted you to know after all these years, I still think of you often. Think about what good friends we were growing up on the southside of Indy.
Going to the Boys Club every day playing ball everyday you with that funny basketball shot but hit most of them, we won every league we played in. The fun we had we were pretty much together all the time. Then we moved away, you went to the Marine corp. because of the war then the good Lord needed you worst than we did I guess he must of needed a good leader. The times we could of had if you would not have left this earth. Our children may have grown up together and we all could have lived a good life. I will come visit one day my friend, you will be in my heart forever. Dennis

Remembering An American Hero

Dear PFC Glenn Edward Bundy, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
