Thank You
Dear Cpl Brown,
Thank you for your service as a Food Service Helper. It is another summer, as time continues to pass since Vietnam. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels

Charlie Battery-Katum
The following is from my Nam Shoebox (private depository of all things Viet-Nam): "Don Brown was the battery's cook (his father was career military which accounted for his home address of Ft. Benning). Don was very outgoing and had an infectious smile. I still have Don's hand written address he gave me where I could contact him when I completed my tour. I remember Don as always full of good cheer when we went through the chow line, and I can still picture his face and smile after all these many years."
I will remember & honor Don, Robert Shiroda, and Darrell Bittner at all appropriate times and places throughout my lifetime.
