Semper Fi Marine
I was one of many Corpsmen who treated and cared for LCPL Thornton. I did it for just one 8 hour shift back in '69 but the memory of Brian remains strong and steady 50 years later. When he passed away, the entire Naval Hospital at Great Lakes mourned. Thank you for your sacrifice and service Marine, Rest in peace and SEMPER FI.

My cousin
I want to thank everyone who has left such beautiful remembrances of my cousin LCPL BRIAN LEE THORTON. My family I appreciated all the nice comments. He is missed by his family but we know that God is taking good care of him and his parents, and his uncle until we all meet again some day.
