Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. May you rest in eternal peace.

Last Memorial Day I was asked to speak at a local ceremony concerning my Vietnam experience. I took the opportunity to read the eight names of the crew members and pilots killed in a tragic accident during my tour in the 155th AHC. Rest in Peace John, you are still remembered and mourned.

Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Thank you for stepping up and answering your country's call. Rest easy knowing you will never be forgotten.

Thank you for your service as a Huey, UH-1 Helicopter Repairer. It is another summer, as time passes. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness.
