POW/MIA BRACELET DISPLAY - PALM SPRINGS AIR MUSEUM
I am the Curator of the POW/MIA Bracelet Display in the Vietnam Hangar of the Palm Springs Air Museum in Palm Springs, California where we now have more than two thousand bracelets honoring POWs, MIAs and KIAs and would be honored to include your bracelet in our Display should you have one. If you no longer have your bracelet or wish to keep yours or are an immediate family member (spouse, fiancé, sibling, child, grandchild, cousin, niece, nephew, or close friend) I can order one for the Display in your name with funds donated by our Museum visitors. Larry was married to my neighbor in Lincoln. When he went MIA all us 'kids' wore his bracelet. Then it got stashed in a drawer for many years. Next time I saw it decided to cut it down and attach it to my flight helmet bag, where it stayed for decades. There are several more on the keychain now, but Larry was the first. Glad to learn he was identified (2022) and returned home and laid to rest in Lincoln Memorial. Next time I go there to visit my parents I will stop and see him. Welcome Home and Thank You for your service and sacrifice to our country.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. While all deaths in Vietnam are tragic that you died on your 24th birthday is especially so. May you rest in eternal peace.
