Thank You
Dear Cpl Gerald Zawadzki, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. I researched you on your 54th anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Today is the last full day of winter, and it is Lent. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

RIP Gerry!
We were in Boy Scout Troop 319 together. You were a Jr. Asst. Scout Leader and a few years ahead of me in school. I remember you talking with my father Watson "Dewey" Dupont about the Marine Corp. When you joined, he was proud! I was training to go to Vietnam in the Navy Intelligence. I was shocked when I was informed of your death. Too young and too soon. I made it home mentally scarred and problems related to Agent Orange. I know you served with honor and you gave your all! Rest in Peace brother.
