Dear Sgt Edward Zackowksi, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Today is the 56th anniversary of the start of your tour. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Lent. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I came to this place because there was a job to be done right from the start I knew it wouldn't be fun but I'm here for a year and a year I'll stay and I'll fight like hell everyday with the hope of keeping my brother away. My brother wrote this poem to me three months before he died thank you brother RIP your little brother Ernie
