"Wetasea"
"Wetasea" refers to someone who was in Actual Battle with the Enemy.
He was a member of the Bear Clan.
Our Meskwaki Settlement School Newsletter including an article on Bravery. I suggested Richard.
My question is: What actual incident occurred? I have heard that he was doing guard duty at night while the enemy came upon them. He didn't have time to wake the rest of his patrol. The complete story would be good to hear.
Thank You for any assistance from his commrads.
