Dear Raymond

I have not forgotten you, nor the day God called you home. A photo you sent me so many years ago hangs on my wall of valor along with all the people that have served in my family. Thank you for your sacrifice.

Thank You

Dear CWO Raymond Young, Thank you for your service as an Utility & Light Cargo Single Rotor Helicopter Pilot. Your 77th birthday is in 4 days, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Lent has begun, and so has Daylight Saving's Time. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Teamates

Just visited the Vietnam wall display in DesPlaines, Illinois to pay tribute to Ray. He was a fellow teammate of mine and played middle linebacker on the "Streaks" football team at Steinmetz HS. where we finished 1st in Chicago's Northwest Red Division in our Sophomore year (1962). We all loved playing for Coach Rinka and won because of great players like Ray. If he had lived he would have gone on to do great things. Miss ya buddy
