Thank You

Dear CWO Walter Wrobleski, Thank you for your service as an Utility & Light Cargo Single Rotor Helicopter Pilot. I researched you on the 45th anniversary of your status change. You are STILL MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Lent has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Be at peace.

Thinking of you...

Remembering and honoring Walter today especially.

I have been so privileged to be able to have corresponded with his niece because of this site.

Thank you CWO Wrobleski, today and every day.

Always Remembered

In July 2001 I was in D.C. and we went over to see The Vietnam Wall. There was a vet there with bracelets, and I saw countless names of fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, etc. who would never come home. I saw Walter's bracelet among those names, and his stood out to me. He has my fraternal grandfather's name and he was born a few towns over from where I was born. I got his bracelet right then. I never met Walter and he was gone long before I was born, but I think of him, especially today.

Walter - I never knew you - but I will always remember you and the ultimate sacrifice you made for this country. I sleep under a sky of freedom because of you. Thank you Sir, I salute you today and every day.
