Dear Sp4 Edward Woods, Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Presidents' Day Weekend. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Eddie and I went to the same High School. We would occasionally hang out together. We were in ‘Nam at the same time though in different areas. Ed was a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. Gone way too young!

Through extensive research and family records I have come to the conclusion that Edward j woods was my half brother. My father, myself, and my two brothers were also born in New York we moved to California when I was 6 months old. I never had the honor of meeting my half brother but I am lucky to have two other brothers. My name is Robert woods my father's name was Edward woods my brother's names are Raymond and Edward woods.
