Good times in Germany
John and I were stationed together in the early 60's at Ramstein AB Germany in the 2864th GEEIA (ground electronica engineering installation agency) Squadron, at that time we were M series truck mechanics in the motor pool of the squadron. Most of the guys were all single and in our early twenties, after work we would go to chow then back to the barracks and go to sleep, we did that so we could get up at 11PM and hit the local bars at the time the Army guys had to be back in their barracks, in doing it in this way the Army had primed the local girls and when the bars closed at 2AM we took them home. Good friends, good times, good memories of John.
