My best friend
My best friend from our days on Armitage ave. Never forgotten your grin and your friendship, We kind of raised some hell as kids between Pulaski and California. We even once egged Richard j Daley during a campaign speech on Armitage. Guy gave us 5 bucks for that! Dieter, my buddy, such a loss.

Say not in grief he is no more, but live in thankfulness that he was.

We served together
Little late for your b-day but I've never forgotten you. We came in country together and went to the same platoon. Remember June 18th like it was yesterday. Had our 50th reunion in 2020. Late a year cause of the covid. Tony Stidum, Joe Carter, John Wirth,George Wytko and I were there. You, Barry Grulke, Jim Cowen, Terry Ham and Sam Holder were remembered by all. Great stories. Wish all of you could have been there. It was so great to see some of the guys again. You may be gone but you are not forgotten. Miss you forever.
