Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us...

Bill was my friend - he lived across the hall my freshman year of college. A half century later I remember him as a solid citizen with a dry sense of humor. Every Veterans Day, and days between, I mourn both his loss and the fact that old men still start wars and send young men to die.
