Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from your sister Nancy is moving and reflects her enduring love for you. As long as you are remembered you will remain in our hearts forever.

I was remember the shock and sadness I felt upon hearing of his death. I was in college at the time and hadn't seen Teddy for several years. We were childhood friends and lived less than a block away from each other. We spent many days together playing baseball and kick-the-can on the street corner, riding bikes and just hanging out. Teddy was just a great kid and I still miss him.
Eternal rest grant into him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Dear PFC Howard Wilhoit, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. The 55th anniversary of the start of your tour just passed. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the Epiphany. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
