I'm a grandfather now. Kids,grandkids,still on the first marriage,retired RN. Never thought of those things when we were kids. I signed up for the Corps the month before you were killed. Ran into John at MCAS Cherry Point just before I went overseas. Glad he (and Dick Delong) made it back okay.Think about you several times a year. Wish you had made it back,could have used the advice.
