Final Mission of LTC David L. Weeks

LTC David L. Weeks served with the 4th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 432nd Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, 7th Air Force. On November 12, 1974, he was a crew member aboard an F-4E Phantom II on a training mission that crashed into the jungle near Phetchabun, Thailand, 56 miles west of Korat RTAFB, Thailand. The pilot, LT Albin ejected safely from the aircraft. LTC Weeks was killed in the incident. [Taken from togetherweserved.com and thai-aviation.net
