Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from Cynthia Lowdermilk is touching and reflects her admiration and respect for you. As long as you are remembered you will remain in our hearts forever.

Dear Lt Frank Webb, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Thanksgiving is soon. Happy Thanksgiving. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I lived in nearby Mecklenburg County, Va. in the 60s, and I dated Frank in both high school and college.
Frank was a warm and caring man. Forever THE gentleman.
I admired him very much.
This will be my 2nd trip to the Viet Nam Wall to pay my respects.
RIP, Frank Webb. You have been missed.
