Even though it's been over 51 years since you were killed in action you are still honored and remembered. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army as a member of the 1st Cavalry Division in Vietnam fighting the NVA and VC. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear SSgt Schyler Watts, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Thanksgiving is soon. Times flies. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Staff Sergeant Schyler Watts was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Valor, with Combat Distinguishing Device (V), for his exemplary gallantry in action. He served as an Infantryman and was assigned to the AERO RIFLE PLT, H TRP, 16TH CAVALRY, 3RD BDE, 1ST CAV DIV.
