A fond remembrance of Major (Chaplain) Charles Joseph Watters.
In remembrance of Major (Chaplain) Charles Joseph Watters who, through his dedication to duty and to those with whom he served, was awarded the Medal of Honor for his service in Vietnam. Chaplain Watters was killed-in-action while providing spiritual and medical relief to wounded members of his unit.
