It's been awhile buddy!
I was so very sad when I heard of your passing in what seems like so long ago..Many days of track and cross country practice together. You were a great competitor and I'm positive a great Marine as you had always wanted to be. God bless you buddy!

honoring you......
Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. You died at 18 years of age. I am 75 and have lived a long and fulfilling life. It is tragic you never had that same opportunity. May you rest in eternal peace.

Childhood
I remember the times we all spent in the neighborhood with softball games and summer fun.
Upon hearing of Skipper's (as we called him) death, we were all left in shock and the reality of how precious life is, was made real to all of the neighbors.
Will never forget this time and the sacrifice made by Skipper.
Thankful for his service.

Thank You
Dear Lcpl William Waters, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 73rd birthday is soon, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Veterans’ Day is in 2 days. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
