Don't forget Tommy!

Tommy was very special while in high school. He was remembered by me because he came from a large family and was very popular in school. Tommy was very quiet and kept to himself, but it was admirable of him to join the Marines to serve his country. He was very good looking and all the girls just adored him.

When his funeral was held, there were so many people at there. Everyone was upset because he was returned home it seemed in such a short period of time. I remember Tommy to be much to himself, but yet he still went into the service. We were all young then and never expected him not to return home alive.

Tommy, it has been many years since you were alive, but you still remain in the hearts and thoughts of many of your school mates. Hopefully you've known that.
