THE WALL OF FACES

Dear Lt Charles Warner, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Officer, and for graduating from Annapolis. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Veterans’ Day is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I can still see and feel you looking across the huddle at Samo. Or the stay overs when we were at Lincoln Jr High - even then you knew you were headed to Annapolis. It has always been an honor to have known you.

I remember you every Memorial Day and many times in between. You will continue to be a special memory in my life.

Was not even 2 when you sacrificed your life for all of us. Your mother and dad were always so good to me. Remember your dad driving up in the coolest motor home. He was so proud of it but not to long after that they took away his dl. Wish I could met you but will one day. Proud to be related to you.
