Dennis and I were on the swimming team in high school. He was a good guy. Met him once on a street in Clairton after he joined the Marine Corp but before he went to Vietnam. I think of him often

Dear Lcpl Dennis Wargo, Thank you for your service as a Field Radio Operator. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Veterans’ Day is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Thank you for stepping up and answering your country's call. Rest easy knowing you will never be forgotten.

Dennis you are the one from the class of 1965 to travel to a hostile place that most of the people our age did not want to go to and they did not really support the ones who did. You were a volunteer and gave your all for your fellow marine and country. Dennis your name has been put in a place of honor with others who gave their life in the Veitnam war. You and the other Vets will never be forgotten. Rest in peace young marine.
