Dear Porky, you are my father’s brother, who was willing to give up his life for his country and countrymen. You gave your all for me and everyone else in this great nation. I didn’t know you very well but at 14, I knew you were quiet but honorable. I am proud of you and your sacrifice at a time when it was not fashionable to sacrifice your life for others.
