i was with you on that day
i was in the same company G on that fateful day. to say it was hairy is an understatement. i was shot in the arm by a gook in a fox hole that i might have fallen into had he not shot me! i have nightmares about that. I remember almost dragging the corpsman to the chopper which had just landed for an ammo resupply - i was going to get on that chopper come hell or highwater! i found some info for you brother:
