A Time for Us
Sir, I’d like to take this time to recognize your heroism. For whatever the reason is was that you made the decision to preserve our country and to make it a healthier country for future generations, you are a very magnificent and amazing individual for your actions. Gridley High School’s students and I are doing a posting project. My name is Noel Ulrich and you are a true hero to me! God Bless!

You are a true hero.
Brave soldier,
I am a student at Gridley High School in Gridley, Illinois, and this posting is part of the Gridley High School Posting Project. You will never be forgotten. The memory of your courage and sacrifice will live on forever in the hearts of Americans like myself, inspiring them to achieve greater things, and reminding them of how lucky they are to live in this country. Thank you for your sacrifice.

I'll never forget!
We joined together, trained together and shared good times on leave together. How it hurt when you didn't come home from your second tour. Then so many years later, the crushing emotions when I read that your remains had been found and returned home. At long last, rest in peace my friend. You are not forgotten!
