Dear Sp4 Ruben Urdialez, Thank you for your service as a Medical NCO. Thank you for the lives you saved. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. 9/11's anniversary is tomorrow. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it still needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I still miss you Doc. Your family can be very proud of you. You were our barber, medic, but most of all, our friend. Always made sure we swollowed our pills lol. I hope you got the medal of honor because you deserved it. You saved a lot of lives that night. You had so many wounded to care for. You are one of the bravest men I have ever known.
