IT IS THE SOLDIER
Today is Flag Day all across America and we are reminded again of the great cost of liberty and freedom. We thank Charles Joseph Turri and his family for making such a sacrifice to protect this freedom. Father Dennis Edward O'Brien said it best as: It is the Soldier

It is the Soldier,
not the reporter, who has given us freedom of press.

IN LOVING MEMORY
We all miss you so much. I know how much you loved your three nephews and you never had the chance to watch them grow up to be three fine young men. It was so hard to give mom up to the lord, but knowing that you two are together in heaven makes it easier. We will never forget the sacrifice you have made as well as all of the others whose names are etched on this wall. WE LOVE YOU.

Thank You Soldier
As a fellow Buckeye, I say "THANK YOU"
As a Veteran, I say "JOB WELL DONE, SOLDIER"
As an American, "YOUR DEATH WAS NOT IN VAIN"
And as a Believer, "YOUR SPIRIT IS ALIVE--AND STRONG"
Although we never met personally, I want to thank you PFC Turri, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and most holy sacrifice, given to this great country of ours!
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE MY FRIEND
