On behalf of Terry Feight
My cousin Terry was with you that terrible day in April when you died. He never forgot you or the sacrifices you made. I am at the traveling wall today and looked your name up, as I know Terry would have done if he were still with us. He died a few years back of lung cancer, no doubt a result of agent orange. God bless you. I pray all you comrades are together now, in peace.

A DI Remembered
A DRILL INSTRUCTOR REMEMBERED
SFC Robert Trisdale was my DI for basic training from Aug to Oct, 1968. In March 1969 I was assigned to the 2nd Bn, 16th Inf, 1st Inf Div. SFC Trisdale was a platoon sergeant in Alpha Company. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised to see him, but I was. I know he had a previous tour in Vietnam with the 1st Cav as well. He was a soldier's soldier. He was KIA during a battalion operation in a new AO.

Thank You
Dear SFC Robert Trisdale, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Agent Orange Awareness Month. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it still needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
