Geronimo 161 Heroes

Thank you forever. SP4 Scott Verner was the gunner on the Chinook helicopter the day you gave your lives together in service to our country. He was from Edgewood, Pa and is survived by 2 sisters, Devon and Kim. He is missed. You were one of 5 heroes who gave it all that day. We are grateful. Thank you.

Will miss him

Greg was the "cool dude" in high school. Remember he went into service and served one tour and signed up for another tour to get out early and then got word he was killed as a gunner on a helicopter. I know he had a wife and s kid or one on the way Just found out he was at the same place I was in Vietnam. Life is ironic. I thank him and his family for the ultimate sacrifice. RIP brother
