I Remember

Brad, I remember you always. I was with you that very sad day.
i just celebrated my 55th wedding anniversary after getting engaged in Hawaii because they passed your R&R to me. Thinking of you every year since 1968

do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

As long as you are remembered you will always be with us....

Always in my mind

My family lived directly across from his Parents in Lighthouse Point Fla. I was 15 when the Bradley's told us that West had been killed in Viet Nam.Everyone was so saddened. It was my first time of knowing anybody that had passed in VN.They lived on a Salt water Canal that connected to the IntraCoastal waterway down there. They allowed me to keep my Boat on there Dock for some time. The were the nicest people. Love to all

Rest in peace Uncle Chubby.

I was 4 when you were killed. I wish I could have known you as an adult. You are remembered and thought of often. You even have a namesake. Rest in peace.
