I was your neighbor and I’m sure you barely knew me, if at all. I grew up in the house after yours going toward Windham road on the right.

I was only 5 years old at the time of your passing. My name is Rosh Douglas Lago .

Your younger brother James and I were close friends growing up. Just so you know, James is a very good man, you would be proud of him.

Your Mom and Dad were super good people and were always very kind to me.

Dear PFC David Teutsch, Thank you for your service as a Machine Gunner. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Independence Day just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it still needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
