As part of a school project at the Capt. Nathen Hale School, we wish to honor the 612 CT men lost in Vietnam by trying to obtain and post their pictures.

I'm gathering life stories of New Britain's dead from the Vietnam war, for a book I'm writing. I believe they need to be honored. Please email me if you have info. regarding Richard. I live in his hometown, saw the Wall when it visited - was immensely inspired. Thank you.

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you Richard Carl Tessman, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and most holy sacrifice, given to this great country of ours!
