THE WALL OF FACES

I too wore Oral Terry's MIA bracelet & hoped to one day learn that he had come home.The reminder I wore for so long ingrained in me the knowledge that we can touch each other's lives without ever knowing so. My life was enriched because of this man who I never met, who taught me at a young age, through his sacrifice, that each & every day is a prescious gift. I am appreciative for his service to our country. Bless you Oral Terry. I will continue to remember you. Lynette Johnston Saffran

My name is Paige Porzelius and I am a sophomore in Gridley, Illinois. I am posting remembrances for the veterans of the Vietnam War. What the soldiers did was brave and courageous. I am thankful for everything you have done.

Dear sir,
My name is Jake Foor, and I am doing a school project for my World History class. I wanted to say thank you for all that you have done for this country. If everyone in this country had the courage that you did this country would be ten times better. Thank you for giving your life.

I write this for the Gridley High School posting project. I live in Gridley, Illinois and I am a senior at Gridley High. You will never be forgotten for what you did for our country. I just wanted to thank you personal and let your family know that your spirit will always live on in the hearts of the America, for serving this country. You will always be remembered and truly appreciated.

I have not forgotten you. I chair the Adoption Committee for The National League of Families of Prisoners of War and Missing in Action in Southeast Asia. We will always remember the 1,889 Americans still unaccounted for in Southeast Asia and the thousands of others that lost their lives. We will not stop our efforts until all of you are home where you belong.

We need to reach the next generation so that they will carry on when our generation is no longer able. To do so, we are attempting to locate photographs of all the missing.
