honoring you....
War drew us from our homeland
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always.

From your hometown
Carol, I went to school with you in Hanson as early as at LZ Thomas. I never knew your brother as he was younger than me but I am so sorry for your loss of him.
My grandmother Edna Brine also lost her oldest son Donald who is MIA from the Korean War. She was a proud Gold Star Mother on Memorial Day, marching in the Hanson Parade. Through her, I know how great the loss of a family member is.

Thank You
Dear PFC Belmiro Tavores, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Independence Day is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it still needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
