I remember the profound sadness in our family and your fiancee when you died.
I have a fond memory of Mémère (Grandma) St Jean saying that when she went to the beach you would hold her hand when the waves came because they scared her. Sometimes I wonder what your life would have been like.

It's been a long time since you were taken away but it seems that just a few years ago we were riding along the ocean in Falmouth in the MGB . I miss you still every day and wish we had more time together.

Remembering you Marine on this Sacred Day. You served with my Uncle, PFC Homer Ball, and gave the ultimate sacrifice on the same day. You will not be forgotten.

Dear Cpl Bernard, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 47th anniversary of the last battle of the war just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
