So many years ago, you gave your young life for your country. We must remeber you ultimate sacrifice, so you may rest in peace.

Thinking of you this Memorial Day 2002

Just thinking of you my friend and 1968, when we graduated from high school, about this time of the year. You come to my mind so often, and I pray that you are at peace with the Lord.
God rest your soul.....Patti

Best friend in 1968

Terry was my best friend in 1968, the year we graduated from Man Senior High School. On graduation day we marched together.

The day my mom sent me a clipping of Terry's death from the Logan Banner, I was completely devistated.

I am an era veteran myself, and I am married to a combat Vietnam veteran. He is service-connected 100% for PTSD and wounds. He tells me at least once a week, that, his name should be on the wall. He tells me he does not want to live.
I tell him he must live, so that boys like Terry did not die in vein. May his soul rest with Jesus Christ our Lord.
I now live in Medina, Ohio. Our post office, had three handicap parking places. They took black spray paint and erased two. My husband being a 100% SC vet, asked the postmaster why this had happened, she told him if he needed to get his mail, to call a cab, and have them pick it up. Why are these vets being discreminated against in 2001? Will they
ever remember what Vietnam was, and what it has done to the boys that did return so messed up, where they cannot function in daily life? God help us all.

I think about Terry so often, and pray his soul rests with our
Lord Jesus Christ.

Always Loved, Never Forgotten

Terry, Not a day goes by that you don't cross my mind. Even after all these years you are embedded in my heart and life. I often wonder how different things would have been if you had come back and we had married. I always make sure to spend time with you each time I visit Washington just so you know you will never be alone or forgotten. I'll love you always.....Sharon
