To My Brother
Brickie,
When you died I did not think that I could go on. It was like the life had been taken from me. I still have a hard time when I think of you. It is just like you are leaving me all over again. I have missed you all of these years. You are still LOVED. I want you to know that I named my son after you, to keep your name alive. You and all the others that have given their lives to keep use safe. I want to say THANK YOU ALL.
LOVE YOUR SISTER,
ROSE MARIE

Thank you
Brickie,
I know that you will never read this, but for some reason I picked your name from the wall twice..I know it meant something,so I write this note hoping maybe someone you love or care about reads it.I remember this war and my heart breaks at all of the casualties,no one had a chance at life. But I want to thank you with all of my heart and I know that you are still sorely missed. Maybe we will meet again in heaven and I can thank you in person...Thank you for my freedom and the others here in United States..
