Dear WO Jeffrey Stowe, Thank you for your service as an Utility/Observation Helicopter Pilot. I researched you on your 53rd anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Memorial Day is soon, and we honor you. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

You were a year older than me and got your pilots license first. I remember the last flight we did together in the Citabria from Deer Valley..some nice aerobatics that day.

Flying was in our blood..but mine was more in jumping out of planes. I heard about your death the very day I enlisted. Just to let you know I did go Ranger/Airborne and OCS like I had planned. We talked about how maybe one day you'd be sent to extract some Rangers and it would be me and some of my guys..helluva reunion!!

Everytime I got into a helo, I looked at the pilot and knew part of your spirit was there. Man did us Ranger's love you guys..Miss you buddy!

Dear WO Jeffrey Charles Stowe, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
